Frank Locker

Gareth works with a variety of well known professionals and organisations in the UK and abroad, including Frank Locker.

Frank is a leading educational facilities planner based in the USA. Gareth and Frank have worked together on a number of projects in the USA and UK.

Most recently Gareth and Frank co-hosted a working dinner on "Virtual Learning' during the cefpi World Conference in Washington DC (Sept '09) and worked on a BSF bid in the UK.

Frank and Gareth are currently exploring other exciting opportunities to work together.
