Strategic Development Advisor Cayman Islands

In his  most recent project in the Cayman Islands, Gareth worked directly to the Minister of Education and Permanent Secretary as Strategic Development Advisor (Education).

He was deeply involved with every aspect of the rapid holistic transformation of the entire education system, and led many effective large scale initiatives, including work on the design of 'cutting edge' new secondary and primary learning environments.

Gareth also strategically planned and implemented the restructuring of a large secondary school into four smaller schools on one campus, a true 'schools within schools' model.
